Yes, absolutely! Our technical teams can build and develop your platform to be accessible via your own intranet system if required.
Yes, you can. Obviously, there would be training involved so you can get to grips with the system and also manage it effectively, but our support teams are on hand to help should you require any assistance. Alternatively, we can manage any or all aspects of the platform for you – the choice really is yours.
Our Incentives and Rewards Team is on hand 5-days a week to answer any questions you may have and can offer more technical assistance when necessary. Training on how to use the platform can also be provided, too.
As each platform is bespoke to each client, this is really dependent on the scale of both the personalisation and functionality requested. However, most platforms can be setup, tested and fully rolled-out in around 8-12 weeks at the latest.
Sure! The platform is fully customisable to the needs of its client, so the ability to add your own content – including imagery - is a standard feature on the platform. This is done via an intuitive user content management system (or CMS for short).

This is going to be dependent on several different factors; type of business, the platform, how its managed… We could go on. However, we generally see an immediate uplift in employee engagement of around 25% upwards when the platform is used effectively and also promoted as part of a company’s culture of incentivising and rewarding.
Yes, you can. This is a standard feature of the platform and can be done via our support teams or via an organisations own admin user. We can guide you through this process as part of more detailed training on the platform.
Very easy! We’ve developed the platform specifically to be mobile-device responsive; so, as long as you have wi-fi or data connection, you’ll have a seamless user experience – regardless of whether you use Android or Apple operating systems.
Not at the moment, no. We’ve not had a significant demand for a bespoke app just yet, but we’re always on the lookout for ways and means to improve the user experience in the future and it’s something we might look at developing should the demand arise.

Our platform is so robust that we offer a 99.9% up-time SLA to all our clients.
The platform is extremely reliable thanks to its robust inner-working and thorough testing that takes place both when rolled out and whilst it is live, too.
We also regularly update the back-end of our systems to remain both secure and ultra-reliable. We also notify all our users to any planned updates in advance to avoid any interruptions of service.
In the unlikely event of something going wrong, our support team is on hand 5-days a week to assist with any issues experienced.
The security or our platform and our customer’s data is an absolutely priority for us.
The individual elements will depend on the platform's build and also its hosting, but all platforms come with enterprise-level anti-virus and anti-malware programs, network firewalls and segregated development and production environments.
We also regularly stress-test the security of our systems and have utilised digital security experts in the creation of the platform.
Whilst we aim to make our platform as compatible as possible, there will be some older IT systems which it can’t be used with due to their inherent technical limitations. If you need to discuss this in more detail, you can contact our support teams directly and they should be able to assist you.
Our platform includes powerful management reporting tools that provide analysis and insight at every step. You’ll have access to info on employee engagement rates, budgets, approvals, rewards, communications and much more. All management reporting information can be exported and downloaded for analysis, too.
Like the reporting, it’s really down to you! The analysis tools can be setup to report and measure a whole host of factors – if you have specific requirements, let our teams know and we can build it into your platform.
Yes, absolutely. The platforms include a Manager’s / Admin login area where they can see all the information on their team members, award / recognition nominations, thank-you messages and anything else that may be required.
The platform is fully maintained as part of any contract you have with us and support teams are available 5-days a week.

We are able to provide your HR team with promotional materials – including posters, desk drops and email templates – that can be used to engage with your staff and spread the word about the incentives and rewards platform.

Yes, we include this type of functionality if requested during the initial build.
Yes, you can. The platform can be extended to include additional rewards and incentives at any time. As the system is a modular-build, more modules can be added accordingly if required.
Reward points are earned when the user is recognised for positive behaviour that is in-line with your organisation’s vision or values, or has simply made an outstanding contribution in the workplace – such as going above and beyond their job role, smashing a sales target etc…
Points can be awarded by their Manager or by your HR team and can be used to spend on discount cards, vouchers, cinema tickets or whatever rewards are included in your package.
Yes, you can! The rewards portfolio can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Not necessarily, no. As long as you have an up-to-date database of employees.
Yes! As long as this is setup on our systems we can invoice which cost centre/s you desire.
